Handmade Intarsia-Custom Orders

                          ORDERING

  • Please contact me by Email for order confirmation and  shipping information on custom or out of stock items.

                        PAYMENT TERMS

     I ask that you send payment within 5-7 days of your order.

  • Personal Checks accepted.  (They take 4-5 business days to clear) prior to shipment.
  • Money Orders  They ship the same day if not custom out of stock items.
  • Paypal accepted

 

                        Cancellation and Returns

    Returns must be completed within 7 days from the receipt of your order.  Returns can only be processed for damages that have occured in the shipment process. Any other returns or cancellations will be subject to a $30.00 restocking fee.   Items must be returned prepaid in their original packing.

                 Shipment Methods

  I shop for the best rates for your order.  I use use UPS and Fed X and others for shipments.

  Shipment for out of stock or custom items will be handled in the following manner:

  50% deposit on the item will be required before the order is started.  The final 50% will be required prior to shipment when the item is completed.

        Custom Items

Custom orders are welcome. A picture can be use to design a piece of Intarsia or Fretwork just for you. Just contact me at the above Email address to discuss this option further.          

                                               

For orders in the United States Shipping is added in the price of the item. No added charges will be required.
